My son has to save 150 photos to a word document but as soon as he adds 20 photos the document wont save and it says it is 'full'. What does this mean and how can we work around this?

It seems unlikely that 20 photos would exceed the 512 Mb limit. The photos from my iPhone (raw) are about 2 Mb apiece. It's an old iPhone; newer ones may have higher resolution, but even many times that wouldn't exceed the limit with just 20.
