Finding previous certification

I took the AZ 900 last summer as an intern and was hoping to link that certification to my new employee email account. The account was linked to my intern email which is now gone.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
