Remove only certain Shortcuts from Start Menu Programs via Group Policy

What can I do in Group Policy to remove only certain shortcuts / programs from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs? The shortcuts are in various folders under the Programs folder. I know I may have to create one for each program I want to remove, but I am not sure how to setup the policy to do it.

I dont want to remove all programs, just some of them.
