Not getting email notifications in Microsoft Forms

I am setting up forms for my business. I have followed some of the basic troubleshooting steps in order to receive notification emails when the form is submitted. Some of the things I have tried include editing the group, ensuring that the proper boxes are selected/checked for notifications to be sent, and trying to use Power Automate. Neither ensuring the proper boxes are selected nor editing the group has helped; Power Automate results in authentication errors and I cannot fix them. PLEASE HELP! I have exhausted the ideas I've found online to support this function. Thank you!

    Dear Mandy,

Good day! Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, you have checked all settings, but did not receive the email notification after submitting the form. If so, please go to Outlook for Web (go to www.office.com and click the Outlook icon), and check the inbox and Junk Email. Also, may I know if the situation only happens in a specific form or also in other forms? You can create a new form to test.

If you still can't find the notification from Microsoft Forms and the situation also happens in other forms, I would like to suggest you contact your admin/IT department, let them raise a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel to help you investigate more and find what exactly reason has caused this situation

In the meanwhile, it seems when you tried to create a Power Automate flow to send email, you got an error. As we have a specific channel Microsoft Power Automate Community coping with such building flow queries, I suggest you post a new thread there for expert help.

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
