OneDrive syncing issues

I had files in a previous pc (on one drive) and new files (on one drive) they are in the cloud now, I can't delete any of older files. I keep getting this error code 0x8007016A. I am trying to resolve this on my own, no luck yet.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    If you see Error Code 0x8007016a when using OneDrive:

    1. Check your computer for updates (link opens your PC's Settings Settings)
    2. Make sure you’re signed in to OneDrive on your device and select the white or blue OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area.
    3. Select OneDrive Help and Settings iconSettings.
    4. Uncheck the Save space and download files as you use them box.
    5. Reset OneDrive. Read Reset OneDrive for more information.
    6. After the reset, re-enable Files on Demand. Learn more about Files on Demand.
