Cannot open a Microsoft M365 Support Case

Hi,

I need urgent help from the Microsoft Support Team but I can't find an option to contact them. In the Admin Center I can click on "create new support ticket" but it then doesn't give me the button to actually create the ticket. How do I contact the Microsoft Support if it is not possible to do so via admin center? Is there an E-Mail adress I can contact?

My issue is Hyper-V related and when I search online for which support I should use it redirects me to M365 Admin Center which confuses me. It this really the correct way to contact Microsoft for Hyper-V related issues?

Hello,

Thank you for posting your question to community forum.

According to description you are facing an issue with Hyper-V, and when you try to create a support ticket in Admin Center you do not have a button to do it.

For better understanding can you please confirm if you create a ticket by these steps:

Select Support > New service request > type the issue description and click Contact Support > fill the required fields and select Contact me?

Please share a screenshot to show this issue.
