OneDrive opens command window for a split second, why?

Some time ago I had a problem with OneDrive, uninstalled it and wanted to reinstall. Something did not work out.

Since this time I can see a DOS window that disappears again after a split second. It happens several times per hour. This time the DOS window stayed after starting the computer. I made a screenshot.

It says, "Verarbeitung des Prozesses mit Code 2147746132 (0x8004154) beendet." (Processing of process with code 2147746132 (0x8004154) terminated)

What on earth is going wrong?

How can I make a clean uninstall and reinstall of OneDrive? I hardly use it, but I probably use OneDrive in Office 365.

The computer runs on Windows 11, evaluation copy 25197.rs_prerelease 220902-1559

    Hello Turan,

Thank you for posting your question in our community, please can you use the steps below:

Select the Start button, type Programs in the search box, and then select Add or remove programs in the list of results.

Under Apps & features, find and select Microsoft OneDrive, and then select Uninstall. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
