Unknown charge

I have been just charged $0 followed by another charge of $349. Both charges have a description of Microsoft MSbill.info.

I have a few different Microsoft accounts which I have checked all of them, and cancelled a couple at the same time. None of them show a charge of $349.

I beleive this bill is incorrect. I either need an explanation of this bill, or I need a refund.

Thabks
