Getting error message when sending emails from Outlook to OneNote for Mac

Question

When sending emails from Outlook to OneNote for Mac I am asked to sign into my account and when I do so, get the error "an unexpected host was loaded when attempting to perform silent auth". Screen shot below. I am running Monterey 12.4 and MS365 Outlook and OneNote for Mac v 16.62. This all worked fine until a month ago.

Please try the following steps:

Try the same process, but in an in Private/Incognito window in Safari, go to https://outlook.live.com/mail, access with your personal account, then select an email and click on the Onenote option, Sign in with the same account, then a popup window appears with a message for request permissions:

Let this app access your info?
So, you should click on "Yes" to allow it.

Also, you can clear all the browser cache, and then try again.

Additionally, verify if you are allowed to access directly Onenote web, so, with the same account go to https://onenote.com.

I tried sending an Outlook item to One Note from the web browser and it failed.

Error message below:

An account issue may be complicating things further. Does MS not have telephone support? I need a more efficient way to resolve my issue. Feeling frustrated.
