Cannot use word or excel without getting a message in 5 minutes saying--We're sorry excell or word has run into an error that is presenting it from working correctly. Repair Help or Close options
I repaired it 15x or more--both quick repair and app online fix.
I did spend the $100 for 365 even though I had Office 2016. I notice the 2016 and the 365 are both in Apps. Is this normal? Both? Which one is repair doing? I uninstalled 365 and it still showed up next day.
Constant system updates every day even during active hours and my Dell XPS is barely useful. Windows 10, 5 or 6 years old XPS 15 9550. If it is that out of date -then microsoft please just tell me. In last year reinstalled windows twice. FRUSTRATED!
