Valid zip codes not properly displaying data points on map/chart

I've entered the zip codes for my state (Georgia), defined them as "Geography" data, then had Excel extrapolate the city, county, and state from the zip code number, so I know that Excel recognizes them as valid zip codes.

When I chart the data, several, valid zip codes do not plot on the map and indicate "no data" leaving holes in my map. Why/how can I correct this so that Excel correctly plots the data points when it already accepts them as valid zip codes? I have even created a new spreadsheet to start fresh, used just the zip codes that won't plot as my data, and they still don't work.

I have confirmed these to be the correct zip codes located in Georgia.

Below is a small sample of my data. The zip codes in the blue cells will not plot as data points on the map. Below the table is a capture of the map with the missing data points not colored in.

    Dear TGNelson99119,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

Based on my test result, with your data set in Excel 365 app, I can confirm I also meet the same behaviour(repro)as like you described above.

Since I also got the same result as like yours in Excel. and the zip codes not displaying on map chart The possible reason of this issue is related to the back-end, we suggest your contact IT admin of your organization and raise a ticket in Office 365 admin center-> Support-> New Service Request. Please don’t mind that we couldn’t provide further assistance because need to check from back-end side and we appreciate your efforts in this case. The support team will involve more resources to check from the back end and provide further help.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
