DR Admin ID’s
If you DON'T already have at least a second Admin on your subscription you should define at least one! Just in case you have a problem with your account, you or someone else can use the second admin account to fix problem with your account. Problem:
Our only Office Administrator quit / was fired. What do I do?
Solution.
You have to be able to prove to MS Business support that you legitimately represent the company
- Contact MS Business Support
- They found out who our Microsoft partner
- I provided documentation that our previous M365-admin had been fired.
- MS granted Office Admin to a UserID we provided them
.
Please let us know how your conversation with Business Support went so we can refine the answer we provide to the next person. Thanks
