Word changes disappeared

I've got a Word document stored on OneDrive that I have been using to diligently track everything I've done for work, and this morning it has reverted to a November version for reasons I can't fathom. There are no other versions in the version history, and no matter what trick I employ to restore it insists that it hasn't been changed in that time. Has anyone got any ideas that might save me an awful lot of work trying to repopulate it?

    Hi Disaster Z,

I'm Bambi and I'll be happy to help you with your enquiry.

I see your file went back to an earlier version. I'm sorry about that.

Have you tried selecting the "custom date and time" option to see if you can update this file?

    Here is what I mean:

Go to the OneDrive website here https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=251869

At the top of the page, select Settings > Options, and then select Restore your OneDrive from the left navigation.

On the Restore page, select a date from the dropdown list or select Custom date and time.

Here is a link to guide you: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/fa231298-759d-41cf-bcd0-25ac53eb8a15

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Bambi
