I would like to first ask you to try the following two suggestions to help us further narrow down the situation:
- Opening Office apps in safe mode to check whether there is an add-in or extension that may be causing a problem on startup.
- Performing a clean boot in Windows determine whether a background program is interfering with your Office application.
If you still experience this situation, please inform us of the following information:
- Does this error message also appear in the web version of Excel?
- Whether your colleagues have also encountered this phenomenon?
