Graph legend blocks not consistent sizes

Question

I have created a pie chart. I needed to increase the size of the legend blocks for ease of readability. I did this by selecting "superscript", 8% offset.

One of the blocks is now bigger than the others. The text size is the same for all legend items. The size is not related to the data.

Any ideas? Picture of problem below.

I recreated the graph and it did not happen again. I would have preferred to fix the problem, but resorted to plan B to recreate the graph with no problem.

We test the feature on our side and we couldn't repro the same issue, so we would like to confirm the following information:

1.If new created pie chart with same data in same workbook will have the same issue?

1).If the new created pie chart has the same issue, please check the pie chart feature in a new created workbook.

2).If the new created pie chart still has the same issue in a new created workbook. Check the pie chart feature in Excel online with same data.

2.What is your office version? You may check your version information through Files>Account, kindly share the version and build information with us.

3.If you colleagues have the same issue on their side?
