Dependent Drop-down List Partially Working

Question

Hi,

I've created a dependent drop-down list. The five columns of data are below. The top row contains the main ddl and the values underneath the resulting values in the dependent ddl. It works as designed for all columns except for column 2. When I select 2D Animation from the main ddl, I am unable to open the dependent ddl to select a value. Any thoughts appreciated.
