Antispam Admin Page Error

When navigating to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam I get a nondescript error, and the existing spam policies do not show. I cannot delete or edit the existing policies, however I can add new policies just fine. A screenshot of the error and the page after are attached below.

This was done on Firefox, but testing this on Chrome and Edge yields the same results.

Thank you for your reply, Mac!

I tested this on my work network, then over a VPN to my home network, then on my cellular network on my phone. All show the same nondescript error. As for the other pages, I went to threat policies and navigated to each individual page and only Anti-spam is throwing the error on each device on each network I've tried.

I also tried on a different global admin account, just in case it was some bug with my account. Same error on only that page.

It's very odd that it is only that content on that specific page. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to try or if you need me to post the diagnostic information.

    Hi Brian,

    Greetings.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

This looks like a service issue, first I would like you to double the situation using different network to see if it makes a difference. Adding to that, please check the other threat policies to see if it only happens with the Anti-spam policies or all the defender polices.

I will be waiting for your reply.

    Kind regards,

    Mac
