Conditional formatting for unique values

Hi!

I'm trying to figure out the following: I have a SharePoint list, and I want it to highlight the cells that have unique values (only in one of the columns). It would look something like this:

Name Date Colour
John 1 Sep 2022 red
Julie 2 Sep 2022 red
Julie 1 Sep 2022 blue
Stacy 3 Sep 2022 green

In the example above, all the unique values in the "Name" column have conditional formatting applied. Just in that one column.

Is something like this even possible?
