We had a user tried to move a page called "Kick off Meeting" from one section to another but OneNote jacked up and it doesn't exist any longer. Below was steps that she did:

  1. Right click on OneNote page called "Kick off Meeting" on the right green Panel
  2. Click "Move or Copy" and Select target Section called "Project 1"
  3. When user access "Project 1" section and click "Kick off Meeting" page, user got the below message:

Page stuck at "Loading,...please wait"

User access OneNote via online site version, she got the following message click "Kick off Meeting" page

"Content not yet available"

Sorry, it looks like this page was added from another computer and hasn't synced yet. Click here or press Enter to reload this page

I seemed that the moving page "Kick off Meeting" stuck during the move or lost during moving process. How can we revert the move or recover this "Kick off Meeting" page?

Thanks
Tee

    @Nguyen, Tee
Is this user using OneNote 2016?
Please let this user try to find the lost notes first, such as check Quick Notes mentioned in article.
This user could also try to restore notes from a backup.
If the steps do not work, it seems the notebooks haven't been synced to OneNote for the web(OneNote online) because of Internet connection or the notebook-self.

According to the error message shown on OneDrive Online, please refer to the following article.
OneNote error: "Content Not Yet Available"

    • Opened and accessed across different devices. Check whether the content is visible on another device.
    • Shared with multiple users. Check whether other users experience the same problem.
If "no" (content is visible), move the available content to a new section.
If "yes" (content isn't visible), consider the next option.
    • If notebooks stored in OneDrive for Business. Follow the steps in "Restore your OneDrive to restore the content to a previous state".

Hope the information could be helpful.
