Wrong Codes on Authenticator

Hello,

Recently I have been trying to use the authenticator codes to log in to a work-related platform. This was working fine till yesterday. The codes I now try to put in are saying that they are wrong. What has happened and how can I fix this as I cannot access the account to then rescan the QR code....

Thank you for any help you can provide. It is quite urgent as I use the platform daily for work purposes.
