Syncronization problems - What shortcut?

Hello Team,

I'm trying to figure it out what is happening to this onedrive that says:

  • We can't sync your shortcut for "Shared documents" because it starts a conflict with the folder "Geral - General". To add the shortcut, you will have to stop the sync of the "Geral-General"

Everytime i start to sync a folder from a group in teams, i get this message and it just won't sync the folder. What do i need to do?

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community. We are happy to help you.

It seems that you have added the Teams General folder as a shortcut to your OneDrive for Business site by clicking on Add shortcut to OneDrive in Teams and you have also synced the OneDrive for Business site library by clicking Sync. If yes, the issue may happen when you click on Sync in Teams.

You may remove the General shortcut in the OneDrive for Business site to fix the issue.
