Migration from Gmail

Hello, We have started a migration batch for migrating a Google account to M365. The status is stuck at “needs approval", which we have clicked many times and gotten “operation successful,” but the migration has not yet been completed.Are you able to tell if there is something stuck on the back end that needs to be done to get this migration complete?

    To further help you, may I know if your Microsoft 365 subscription is one Microsoft 365 business subscription, for example, Microsoft 365 Business Basic? If so, to move further and help you check it, please reach out to our expert team via: in Microsoft 365 Admin center ( https://admin.microsoft.com ) > Support > New service request > input you question in search field and perform search > at the bottom of result list, select “Contact Support”. Please understand that we don’t have tools to help analyze the issue, this channel is our online channel and I believe they will further address it for you.
