If the option “Always keep on this device” is missing for the files in your OneDrive folder, we may suggest you try the following steps to resolve this:
- Log out and log back into OneDrive. Tap on the OneDrive icon in the notification area, click on Help & Settings > Quit OneDrive. Open OneDrive again.
- Turn on Files On-Demand. lick on the OneDrive icon in the Windows taskbar, hit Help & Settings to select Settings. Go to the Settingstab and check the box below File On-Demand. And press OK.
- Try to Reset OneDriveand check the result.
- You may also unlink your account and remove OneDrive from your computer by following the steps from this article Turn off, disable, or uninstall OneDrive (microsoft.com) And re-install OneDrive downloading a package from this link
