Seem to have 3 accounts - 1 is a work account and no idea how that is on my computer. Have 2 other accounts using different emails. Microsoft asking for payment. 1 account says I've never paid anything, other account I can't get into - go through last 4 email process and every time not enough ID. Its a nightmare

    Hello accounts G,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well?

I'm sorry you unable to access your account, I understand how frustrating this can be. Know that the account recovery process is designed to protect your account and its contents.

I recommend that you try filling out the account recovery form. You can do this up to two times per day using a device you have used to access your account before and from a similar location. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help.
