A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hello , rutzqwezex
Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I know you are seeing a dialog box called "Connecting to d.docs.live.net" when you are working on PowerPoint.
I can't reproduce the problem you're encountering, so I haven't figured out what causes this prompt. However, based on the experience of other Windows users, you can try the following methods:
- Perform a disk cleanup to delete all caches and unimportant files. Please see this article for specific steps: Disk cleanup in Windows (microsoft.com)
- Reset OneDrive and then log in to OneDrive again. For the specific steps to reset OneDrive, please refer to: Reset OneDrive (microsoft.com)
- Upgrade Windows to the latest version. See Get the latest Windows update (microsoft.com)
Finally, if this prompt still appears later, I suggest you try as HenningXG suggests in this post:
Connecting to d.docs.live.net - enter your credentials - Microsoft Community
Since I can't reproduce your problem, I don't guarantee that your problem will be solved right away. But if your problem still can't be solved, please let me know in time, and I will continue to think of a solution.
Best Regard,
