Excel - Conditional Formatting with multiple string values

I want to format cells based on their cell values. While the cells many values, my aim to format the cell color only if the values are either EL or FL, HL or SL. Is this possible in one single go ?

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to fill the cells with conditional formatting when the cell value is EL/FL/HL/SL.
