Change default border style

Hi,
Is it possible to change default border style in a file?
(Like being able to change the default border color in a file)

    What I have found: Maybe answer is changing the line style.
    Because, all new borders are coming out as the current line style.
    So if I set the line style as I wish for the border lines,
    in a way it is default line style for the new border lines.
