Can an organization monitor the learning activities of its employees?

How can an organization monitor the training activities of its employees? If the work accounts are set-up under the same domain, can the learning activity be summarized/analyzed in a report or dashboard?

Currently, there is no method to meet the requirement. Intune report is used to monitor the health of endpoints such as device compliance, device health, and device trends. For more details, please refer to the following article:

Intune doesn't have the ability to monitor the users' specific behavior on endpoints. If the learning activity is in a learning platform, I think it would be better to get the learning report of employees directly from the learning platform.
