Hello,
I am trying to review a word document and the comment box is broken. It was a read-only document, but I have even saved it as a new document to be able to edit, yet the comment box is broken. The name is displayed with barely visible letters and the comments are being written in the name box, not in the comment box (also with impossibly small letters). I have tried to enlarge the comment box letters as well, but it changed nothing.

Dear Vivienyx,
Try the methods below and see if they could help:
In the Apply Styles pane (Ctrl+Shift+S), type in Comment Text and click the Modify button. Make the desired font changes. When you are done, click OK.
In the Apply Styles pane, also type Balloon Text and change its font and size so that it matches the font for Comment Text.

Hi Sean,
1, Yes this is the first and only file i see it with.
2, If i open on word online i can view the comments normally, and i can also add them.
3, Yes they are still broken. I add them on word online, where they are visible and then i open the updated file on the desktop app and they are still broken.
4, I have Microsoft Office 365 for enterprise.
Thank you for your help, I am looking forward to solving the issue.
BR,
Vivien
