Hello,

My company has a product which is based on Microsoft graph and in order to use our app, Matter365 for lawyers, you must have either Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium. You can understand than some people doesn't have Microsoft subscription, so in that case, when somebody try to sign-up for a trial period with for e.g. "gmail", we provide one of our Microsoft trial accounts which we have created previously on either of these two links:

https://signup.microsoft.com/create-account/signup?OfferId=B07A1127-DE83-4a6d-9F85-2C104BDAE8B4&dl=ENTERPRISEPACK&ali=1&products=cfq7ttc0k59j:0009

https://signup.microsoft.com/get-started/signup?products=cfq7ttc0k59j:0009&culture=en-us&country=US&ali=1

Now, we have a problem that we can't create a trial accounts any more (we usually create 2 trial accounts on every Friday) because it throws an error like:

Something went wrong

Error Code: InvalidOffer

Technical Details

SID: fbd4e6a9-36bb-47f7-a57e-392513ee4763 cV: tVnlA9r0RANH9NTUbBAAHq.0.9

On the other side, when we try to create a trial accounts from this link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business-h?ef_id=Cj0KCQjw1vSZBhDuARIsAKZlijTLGpF48KRDVR49S9LTB1y7CiWCO8ivWjqvTR7soMXnLbC7Z6yhktIaAqCWEALw_wcB%3AG%3As&OCID=AIDcmmwf9kwzdj_SEM_Cj0KCQjw1vSZBhDuARIsAKZlijTLGpF48KRDVR49S9LTB1y7CiWCO8ivWjqvTR7soMXnLbC7Z6yhktIaAqCWEALw_wcB%3AG%3As&lnkd=Google_O365SMB_Brand&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1vSZBhDuARIsAKZlijTLGpF48KRDVR49S9LTB1y7CiWCO8ivWjqvTR7soMXnLbC7Z6yhktIaAqCWEALw_wcB&adobe_mc_sdid=SDID%3D4250EA6C3407F498-6E55716C94BB1449%7CMCORGID%3DEA76ADE95776D2EC7F000101%40AdobeOrg%7CTS%3D1664982003&adobe_mc_ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F

it asks for a credit card and you can imagine that this is an inconvenience for us, because we assign these trial accounts to our potential customers without Microsoft subscription in order for them to test our app, and if they decide to use our app then they will purchase anyone of two Microsoft subscriptions I've mentioned earlier.

Can we do something in order to keep thing as they were before? (without entering credit card in order to create a trial account)

    Hello Milos B,

Thank you for coming to the forum and I will be happy to assist in the best way I can.

I believe you have come to the wrong place for a solution, this is a user forum where users help other users with issues with Microsoft 365 software and accounts. The majority of the people here are Microsoft 365 users just like you and me. What you are trying to do is commercial and you will need to discuss it with someone from Microsoft Directly.

What I can tell you is you cannot use the trial anymore without a credit card. So if you want to work with Microsoft on this, you can contact a Microsoft Partner (that will require some Googling and leg work on your part).

I believe your company will have a Microsoft 365 business account so I can give you the link where you can call the Microsoft Support line for your country.

Select the region and call your country support line: https://support.microsoft.com/help/c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

I do hope they help you to get clarity and resolution to the pending challenge. If you need any other thing do not hesitate to let me know in a reply.

    Kind Regards Fuad
