Issues syncing To Do Windows app

For the last few months Microsoft To Do Windows app has been reporting a sync issue: "Can't sync your account // Try restarting To Do. // Restart // Ignore". (I tried to upload a small screenshot, but the upload keeps failing.)

Restarting the app numerous times doesn't start solve the problem.

Syncing works fine with my iPhone and iPad.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

    Hi,

    The Microsoft to do is windows app is associated to your Microsoft account and you need to disconnect or sign out the email address and re-sign in back to the application to resync your Microsoft to do.

    or

    You can uninstall the Microsoft to do app and reinstall
