Using excel on iPad 10.9 10th generation

Stared using excel on my new iPad and seem to be missing features like cell borders, yet I see it on the tutorials. Is excel different on different ipad models?

    May I confirm if you could check the Border options here. The excel for iPad version is based on iPadOS version.

    Oh my god.. seriously? I’ve been going in circles trying to find the borders icon. They shouldn’t have moved it as this aA icon makes no sense.
