在Stream中，只有Group Owner才有權限下載影片。沒有Owner權限的Group Member是無法下載影片的。
關于“有的影片檔案在permission欄位看不到可以'阻擋下載'的選項”,你能否上傳一些截圖以便我們確認先關情況？
