Incorrect Billing
Good day,
I did not subscribe to Microsoft 365 on my New laptop but an automatic billing of R1 299.00 came off my account and it shows now that I have subscribed.
I do not think this is right when you give a free trial period and say when it is done you can subscribe but then it automatically subscribes.
Is it possible that someone can please call me and explain what is going on?
Please assist in this regard.
