Dear Clement_123,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.
First, may I confirm if you want to stop syncing OneDrive which will eventually remove the folder link from the sidebar, or do you want to remove shared with melibrary **** location from synced folder on your mac? Just wanted to confirm this information to avoid any confusion.
If you want to remove shared with me****library **** location from synced folder on your mac? If so, please follow the steps below:
1.Right-click the OneDrive icon (blue cloud icon) on task bar, select Preferences.
2.In the Account tab, you’ll see the name of the shared folder, next to it, there are two options: Choose Folders and Stop Sync.
3.Select Stop Sync.
If you click Stop sync, the shared folder will not sync anymore.
Honestly, I also tested from my side on MacOS, and I synced several SharePoint shared library/folders to Mac. When I tried to Stop sync them, some of SharePoint folders don't automatically disappear from Finder. Then I went to reset OneDrive app. After that, all SharePoint shared library/folders were removed from Finder.
So, I also suggest you after try to stop sync them via OneDrive preferences and if the SharePoint shared libraries/folders still show in Finder you may reset your OneDrive and verify the result with us.
Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!
Sincerely,
Waqas Muhammad
