Error when trying to use Excel Query

Hello,

I have been using the get data from file tool in excel multiple times for different folders so far and have had no issues. However, when I tried doing the same thing on the next folder I got this error message:

[DataSource.Error] We got the IO error '87' while trying to access the path 'C:\Users\anderson\OneDrive\Proposal\Report'.

If anyone could let me know what the issue might be and how to solve it that would be great.
