QR code is not working

Hi, I have created a QR code for a feedback form and that tie it was working fine. now its not recognized. Even though I have shared it to all and print on my Secondary Packing material of my product. Can you please help me out to resolve this issue .

    Based on your description, seems your QR coding is not working. Regarding this point, may I carefully confirm with you, does this issue only happening on your account? Is there any other user in your organization who can reproduce this situation? What if this issue only happens on your account, then we kindly suggest you contact the admin in your organization and refer to this article to create a new service request to raise this issue up to our dedicated backend team to resolve this issue for you.
