Microsoft Excel 2016 hangs

I am using MS Office 2016 professional plus . but it keeps hanging , it was giving an ucrtbase.dll error in the event viewer. Then i installed cumulative updates for office 2016 and it worked fine for fer days , but its crashing again now. ,

  1. I installed windows update.
  2. ran excel 2016 in safe mode.
  3. reinsalled Windows 10 from scratch

but the issue still persists, Please help.

    For example some add-ins could be the reason.
