Show Comment on Hover Error in Excel

Hi All,

I am getting a funny error for the first time in my life with MS Excel. Showing the comment on hover for any cell is happening not when I hover over that cell but a cell in the same column 6 rows above.

For example, if I have a comment in cell B9, I can't see the comment when I hover on B9. Instead, I see the B9 comment when I hover on B3. Similarly, for a note in cell C11, I can't see the note when I hover on C11. Instead, I see the C11 comment when I hover on C5.

I started happening today April 13 and is happening for any spreadsheet that I open, whether a new one or an existing one with old comments.

I have also inserted screenshots of the issue with 2 different cells.

My Excel Version is 2205 (Build 15209.20000 Click to run).

Can anybody help me with this issue?
