Hello,

I am having trouble to include two emails in the same hyperlink in Sway. I can add them on the storyline (and it works) but when I am playing the presentation or on the design section the link disappears.

    Hi Julenalfonso:

It is my pleasure to support you.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.

I have the same problem in my test, when I click the link above the card and enter multiple hyperlinks, the link can be opened in edit mode, and it will automatically jump to the mailbox:

Links will not work in play mode:

At the same time, if only one hyperlink is included, it can be opened in two modes. I understand your mood very well. Multiple hyperlinks can be opened in edit mode, so they should also be able to be opened in demo mode. I understand the great inconvenience caused to your work by not being able to open in demo mode. I am also deeply sorry. But currently it may require you to insert the link address separately.

Given this, we sincerely recommend you let your Microsoft 365 administrator create a support ticket and report the issue via Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > New Service Request.

The support team has the correct escalation channel for this case. They have higher permission to check the issue from back end. This is also the most efficient way in handling the case for you.

At the same time, we will monitor the issue, if we get any update, we will post back and let you know.

Sorry for the inconvenience again. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

    Best Regards,

    Tin
