/I created an excel spreadsheet and shared it with my team three of the members have been using without issue but one member is running into an issue. She starts working on it and then eventually it tells her the session will expire and times her out, her work then disappears from the spreadsheet. How can I fix this issue?

    Dear RAMNARAIN Khayla,

Greetings! Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community.

May I confirm if the Excel file was saved in SharePoint library/OneDrive or on your local server?

If the file was saved on SharePoint, please check this article and see if it could provide any help: Sorry, your session has expired - SharePoint | Microsoft Docs

If reset time zone doesn't help or your file was saved on local server, in this situation, we sincerely recommend you contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, follow steps in this article and try to create a support ticket to contact Online Support. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can remotely help check the situation on your side, involve more resource to collect logs and help you do troubleshooting. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.

For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Hope you are keeping safe and well.

    Sincerely,

    Sean| Microsoft Community Moderator
