    Hello Yong Sheng Tan,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on my experience this error " Error creating endpoint. Looks like you do not have permission" pop up because usually in Google admin console + domain-wide authority was not enabled and you have to define the scope for the service account.

I advise you to follow the steps below to migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.

To set up the Subdomain aliases: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/googleworkspace-migration-prerequisites

To create the service account:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/manually-configuring-gsuite-for-migration

    Migration:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/manual-gspace-migration-newea

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Eben Ezer Tres | Microsoft Community Moderator
