Hello -

A recently created form is issuing the following error code for users.

Session id: c0d91a9e-0af7-4d57-b7f5-de37d122ac76, Correlation id: 869bef60-5120-4df9-bcc9-90a75d524b09

What exactly does this mean and how can it be resolved without creating a new link (it's already been distributed).

Unfortunately, looking at these IDs cannot pinpoint where your problem is for the time being. These are IDs that are exclusive to your device. We may need more detailed information.
