Hello -

A recently created form is issuing the following error code for users.

Session id: c0d91a9e-0af7-4d57-b7f5-de37d122ac76, Correlation id: 869bef60-5120-4df9-bcc9-90a75d524b09

What exactly does this mean and how can it be resolved without creating a new link (it's already been distributed).

Thank you!

    Hi Carla Tinsley-Smith

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, don't worry, we can work together to keep getting closer to the answer.

According to the category Forms you posted, we can know that you have problems using Forms. We can understand your mood, due to lack of information and data limitations, after reviewing the Session id and Correlation id you provided, these ids usually represent application failure/technical failure, you will get a separate session/correlation ID .

Unfortunately, looking at these IDs cannot pinpoint where your problem is for the time being. These are IDs that are exclusive to your device. We may need more detailed information. The valuable clues you provide are our keys to the problem. For example, whether there is any problem when using Forms to edit or share. If you can, please try to share the interface with the problem with us as a screenshot, we will check it for you, of course, please be careful to block your personal privacy information.

We always look forward to your reply.
