    Hi Nikita Hirst:

    Thank you for your reply.

According to my test, for data that has been submitted, you need to import data into the worksheet, link to PBI through Excel, depending on your original post, it seems to have completed this step. Then for the subsequent data, you will need to create a workflow to import data.

This will refer to the fourth step in this document to see if you can help you.:Import Microsoft Forms Responses into Power BI (iterationinsights.com)

Since your problem involves PBI and Power Automate, these two applications are not within our support, so I can provide a limited helpful suggestion. If you have further problems, we recommend that you can post in this forum: Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community for, there will be more experts here to help answer such questions.

    Thank you for your understanding.

If I have any misunderstands, welcome to contact me. And I will further investigate it.
