Does anyone know how to get free EV code signing?

I started to make a Windows application with Windows 10 drivers.
Then, I noticed I need an EV code signing certificate for this.
So, I tried to find the way, and I found I can get this with 600$ for a year.
Does anyone know a free EV code signing certificate method?

For experimenting, you can install your own certificate on your test machines. This is free.
To distribute drivers to others, you'll need to find a sponsor who is interested in your work and agrees to sign your drivers. -

I used makecert and signtool for creating certificate for testing application but i do not success that running application. How i can create and sign a certificate? If my application is a release mode, i will buy a certificate.
