Shared document not printing correct

Question

I am working for a company who have shared documents, one of these documents that is shared has a signature near the bottom of the document. everyone who works here can print out the document perfectly fine, but one of the people whenever he prints the document the signature gets enlarged it is not the picture within the document but this is the only one that it happens to.

I have checked his printer settings and this is the same as everyone else within the business but this is the only one where this happens to, i have also tried reinstalling the printer on his devices but that does not fix the issue either.

So any help would be appreciated to help fix this.
