MS Forms Question Spacing

Hi all,

I'm looking to create a Form with a Likert Scale, I'm wondering if there's a way to edit the formatting so there's more horizontal area for the question statement, and maybe compress the options.

So the question

doesn't look like

this, with the

wording split

between too

many lines.
