I created a microsoft list, one of the column is per below setting.
when i use mobile list on my ios phone, the column show a hyperlink as "view entries".
when you click the hyperlink , it does not do anything or show anything.
when you using desktop version, you can click the view entries and it shows the whole content of the entries.

yes , it is append to text not test.
The desktop online version can display the view- entries , the ios cannot .

I test this but I didn`t meet the same situation. You can refer to my test screenshot:
When we set up append changes to text for the multiple line of text, we can see View Entries to check the item history:
When I click the hyperlink, It will show the details:
However, the List APP for iOS will not the details:
Since we have also encountered this situation here, I think it is due to the program itself. Please understand that we cannot solve this situation here.
