Share network drive with junctions to other partitions/drives

Hello,

I have multiple network shares on different harddrives/partitions on one fileserver. For a cleaner look and feel I want to have only one mapped network drive in my explorer. Like if I share one folder with subfolders and different permissions.

Now I thougth about junctions. Is it a good idea to make one folder, set junction links in there to the different harddrives/partitions and share only this folder? Could there be any security problems or other problems?
