Microsoft Form Embed Code

Hi! We are having trouble finding the Microsoft Form embed code today even though one of us has created the form with "Owner" status. We are trying to embed the form into an LMS 365 course. I even tried to duplicate the form to see if I could retrieve the embed code from a duplicated version of the form, but I still didn't have any luck retrieving the code.

How can I retrieve the Microsoft Form embed code? Or is there another way of incorporating it into an LMS 365 course now?

    Hi Mia!

    My apologies for my slow reply! Thank you very much for your response and help with our Forms embed code question. I feel so silly as I forgot that I needed to navigate to the "Collect Responses" button first and I can find the embed codes successfully now!

    Per the description shared, I would like to summarize your concern i.e., you are not able to see embed code for the Microsoft Form.

    If my understanding is correct, I would like to let you know that the person who created the Form in the Microsoft Forms page will be the default owner of the Form and when the creator click on the Collect Responses can see the Embed icon:

    Since you mentioned the owner is not able to see the icon, can you please ask the owner to access the form in the different browser or InPrivate browser to see whether icon is present.

    If not, can you see whether the problem is only with a specific form or every form created by the user?
